What is the best photo editor to download?
I need a free one that is legitimate (aka not photoshop since that is illegal and comes with 400 viruses when you download it) at the moment i just need basic stuff done (resizing, changing to b&w, changing brightness and saturation) so if anyone knows any good ones do download (not a website i have to log into each time, but one i put on my computer) that would be so helpful! Thanks! :)
Basic stuff can be done with Irfanview, GIMP and Picasa 3.
